Shipping Policy

Pick-Up & Local Deliveries (Las Vegas, NV):
Customers may choose to pick up their order at no cost or request local delivery within a 10-mile radius. Local deliveries have a flat fee of $10 and require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Nationwide Shipping (U.S.):
We ship every Monday morning via USPS Priority Mail to ensure freshness and fast delivery. Orders must be placed by Saturday at 8:00 PM PST to be included in Monday’s shipment.

Shipping Cost:
A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to all nationwide orders. During special occasions, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website and social media.

Processing & Freshness:
All cookies are baked to order. To maintain their best quality, we recommend enjoying them within the first few days after receiving or following the storage instructions included in the package.

Delays & Responsibility:
Once an order has been shipped, Cactus Bakery is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier. However, we’ll be happy to assist you in contacting the shipping provider to resolve any issues.
