Return & Cancellation Policy
At Cactus Bakery, all our cookies and pastries are freshly made to order. Since they are perishable items, we cannot accept returns once an order has left our bakery.
All Sales Are Final:
No returns or refunds will be accepted once the order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up.
Order Issues:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at [your email/WhatsApp/phone]. We’ll be happy to find a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Delays:
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in contacting USPS or another delivery provider if needed.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, we are unable to issue refunds as production will have already begun.
